About The Opportunity
We're looking for a Head of Engineering for the EMEA region to build and maintain a top-tier engineering capability across Cyprus, Hungary, and wider Eastern Europe. In this pivotal leadership role, you will report to our CTO and lead the engineering function in EMEA with a bold and innovative vision. As the CTO's trusted partner in the region, you will have an instrumental role in propelling our success and driving growth with a clear mission of establishing and maintaining an outstanding engineering capability across various domains.
We have a culture of accountability across Engineering squads and the role will continue to maintain and uplift alignment with our global structure, collaborating with counterparts in APAC. Throughout, you will adhere to engineering principles such as continuous delivery, test-driven development, and quality engineering, while employing practical problem-solving approaches.
