Our client is in search of a visionary and imaginative Marketing individual to join their dynamic four-year-old startup!
As our client gears up for rapid expansion, they require an experienced digital marketing professional to optimize their marketing materials, create captivating content & develop strategies to effectively target diverse audiences for their lodges.
This role demands creativity, strategic acumen and a deep understanding of each unique target demographic including the leisure market, lodges and modular housing industry. Additionally, the position involves establishing new marketing roles within the team, with the intention of you managing the new marketing team by year-end.

  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Generate engaging content for various channels (blogs, social media, email, website).
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer behaviour.
  • Collaborate with sales on marketing campaigns.
  • Optimise digital platforms for increase traffic and visibility using SEO best practices.
  • Analyse campaign performance and content engagement metrics for future strategies
  • Manage editorial calendar and ensure consistent, hight quality content.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends.
  • Work with the Directors to create new roles within the team and manage them by year-end.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field, or 4 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Proven long-term experience in content creation and marketing strategy with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
  • Excellent writing, editing and communications skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and SEO tools.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to identity growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, email marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Ready to lead a team in the near future (training provided).


£30,000 - £35,000
