About The Opportunity

As a System Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling high-quality business solutions within an Agile framework, ensuring valued outcomes and empowering key stakeholders to make informed decisions. Your expertise will be essential in fostering clear and open communication between business teams, developers, and product managers, facilitating seamless collaboration across departments. In addition to supporting delivery efforts, you may also be called upon to provide leadership where needed, helping to steer squad cadence and drive initiatives forward. Your contributions will directly contribute to enhancing solutions that meet the evolving technology needs of our client and their valued customers.

Responsibilities

Engaging with clients, vendors, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, validate, and endorse requirements, showcasing Agile behaviours.
Providing ongoing reporting and updates to both business and technical stakeholders.
Consulting with the business and product managers to shape the product backlog, utilizing Agile practices to support prioritization based on business value.
Collaborating with product managers and epic owners to support the development of business cases.
Providing multi-disciplinary teams with clarity to understand epics, user stories, business-driven acceptance criteria, and test cases.
Assisting with the elaboration of user stories and requirements, supporting team members with their work as needed.
Proactively supporting the uplift of Agile practices and fostering a culture of continual improvement.
Assisting with the planning of demos and product/system testing. Participating in and facilitating (where required) relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals:
Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Iteration/Release Planning, Showcases/Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Workshops, etc.
Participating in the creation of low or high-fidelity prototypes.

About You

Ability to build robust stakeholder relationships, keeping them informed on progress, and providing support as needed.
Professional experience gained within a Bank or Financial Institution.
Proven expertise in Agile business analysis, including requirement elicitation, documentation, and management in a similar product-driven scale-up/start-up environment.
The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A strong grasp of technology and logic, with a demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new business domains and technical applications.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to achieving work outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Salary

Salary up to £50,000 plus Bonus.
